I always return to a place with helpful staff, like the first time they recommended a local taxi. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The 24-hour reception and lift are also really convenient. I'll be back for another city trip!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location in the center of town was perfect, with easy access to everything, including the harbor where excursions depart from. The cleanliness of the apartment was impressive and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen made preparing meals a breeze, and the host was friendly and provided great recommendations. Additionally, the hotel accommodated my early arrival and the presence of an elevator made it convenient to move my luggage. a wonderful experience!

We loved how welcoming and accommodating the staff were upon check-in. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a great view of the bay. The location was convenient, close to downtown and within walking distance to everything. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed. The added bonus of the coffee filters and paper towels was a nice touch. There was even a fantastic wine bar just a few blocks away.

We felt at home instantly and the staff were always willing to help. Nothing was too much trouble.

La Vela is a fantastic place to stay in the centre of town. the location is excellent, just a 2-minute downhill walk to San Martin. From the window, you can enjoy stunning views of the port, mountains, and the channel. the property is conveniently close to restaurants, a supermarket, and shops. Freddy, the owner/host, is a great and cooperative host. Communication with the property was easy, and they were super helpful. They even arranged an early check-in when my flight was changed, allowing me to explore the city right away. Freddy took the time to orient me by marking important places on a paper map.

Subjectively, I found the deep soaking bathtub a little unnecessary for my taste, but I can see how others might enjoy it.
